How do I edit my profile information?

Go to Settings > Edit Profile to update your name, bio, interests, photos, and social media links. Keep your profile updated to make better connections.

Who can see my profile?

Your profile is visible to anyone using Neer Social. You can disable your location at any moment from the Discover page to make your profile invisible to others nearby.

How many photos can I upload?

You can upload up to 6 photos, not including your profile photo. Use high‑quality images that clearly show your face and interests. Profiles with multiple photos receive more connection requests.

Can I change my name?

Yes! Go to Settings > Personal Details > Name. Your name appears on your profile and is visible to everyone.

What are interests and how do I add them?

Interests help match you with people who share similar interests. Add up to 10 interests from categories like Sports, Music, Technology, Travel, and more in Settings > Edit Profile.

You can add up to 10 interests from categories like Sports, Music, Arts, Technology, Food, Travel, Fitness, Gaming, and more. These help match you with like-minded people and appear on your profile.

How do I change my age or birthdate?

For security reasons, you can't change your age after creating your account. If you entered it incorrectly, you'll need to create a new account with the correct birthdate.

Can I use a nickname instead of my real name?

Yes, you can use any name you prefer on your profile. Your name is visible to everyone.
