We use leading encryption services to protect your data. Your personal information is never shared with third parties without your consent. You are in charge of what information appears on your profile.

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can block users from their profile or report them using the Neer Social reporting system. Our team reviews all reports within a few business days. You can manage blocked users in Settings > Blocked Users.

In Settings > Location, you can turn location tracking on/off. When off, your profile won't show in Discovery for others. You can also toggle Show in Discovery in Settings > Privacy to stay hidden from the map, nearby list, and search at any time.

Other users can see your name, bio, interests, and location (if enabled), along with any features you choose to show on your profile. Your exact location is never shared—only an approximate distance (e.g., '3 miles away'). Your phone number and email always remain private.

Go to Settings > Personal Details > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Yes. Messages are encrypted and only visible to you and the recipient. However, if an account is reported for violating our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, our moderation team may access chat messages to investigate the report and take appropriate action.

On any profile or message, tap the three dots menu and select "Report". Choose the reason (harassment, spam, fake profile, etc.) and provide details. Our team reviews all reports within a few business days and takes appropriate action.

Blocked users can't see your profile, send you messages, or view your activity. They won't be notified that you blocked them. You can manage blocked users in Settings > Blocked Users.

Yes! Toggle "Enable Location" off in Settings > Location. Your profile immediately becomes invisible to all users. Turn it back on whenever you want to be seen again.

Your location is only used to show you nearby users and help others discover you within their range. We never sell location data. You can turn off your location at anytime, and we don't store historical location data.

Show in Discovery controls whether your profile appears to nearby users. When enabled, you are visible on the map, nearby list, and in search. When turned off, you become completely hidden and won't see other users nearby either. You can toggle it anytime in Settings → Privacy → Show in Discovery.

No. Show in Discovery only controls your visibility to others. Your location settings are managed separately. However, if you enable location sharing while Show in Discovery is off, it will automatically be turned on so nearby users can find you.
